Privacy Notice
This page explains the personal data we collect through the contact and application forms on proofmedia.com.tr. It is deliberately short; write to us if anything is unclear.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email, phone if you give one, the services and budget range you picked, and the message you wrote. From the careers form: your name, email, phone if you give one, and the CV file you upload. We ask for nothing else.
Why we collect it
Only to assess your enquiry or application and come back to you. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell anything to third parties, or use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Records sit in a database on our own server. CV files are not served from any public address; they can only be opened through a protected link that authorised accounts can reach.
For how long
We keep contact messages for at most 12 months and applications for at most 24 months. When that time is up — or when you ask — we delete them permanently, and the CV file goes with the record.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Writing to the address below is enough; there is no further form to fill in.
